Due to Federal Government changes to Medicare, Simpson Optometry no longer bulk-bills for eye tests, however we can do a Medicare claim for a portion of your consult fees.
Our fees are as follows:
- Standard Consultation – $122
Other consultation fees include:
- Optos ultra-wide digital retinal Imaging – $88
- OCT Scans – $104
- OCT and Retinal Images (combined) – $185
- Pentacam – $102
- Axial Length – $52
- Visual Field – $104
Note: There is no Medicare rebate for Retinal Imaging or OCT Scans.
Cancellation Policy:
Please note we reserve the right to charge a Cancellation Fee of $70.00 if you fail to attend an appointment without notifying us within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment.
We also provide:
- frame repairs
- full spectacle fitting; and
- glazing services.
